To return an item to Alpha Industries that was purchased online, you must go to the Your Account section of this site, login, and select "Request RMA" from the corresponding order in the list. Simply follow the instructions to request an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). Our Customer Service Representatives will email you number and instructions for returning the item.
