When you receive your purchase, examine it carefully. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the order you receive from A.I.R. Supply, go to "Returns and Exchanges" in the Customer Care area and make the appropriate selection. We will then e-mail you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and instructions on how and where to ship the item back. Upon return and receipt of the product, A.I.R.
